BY AIRPLAINE

DIRECT FLIGHTS TO ELBA

Intersky www.intersky.biz offers flights from Friedrichshafen, Munich and Zurich to Elba.
Elba-Fly www.elbafly.it offers flights from Milano, Siena and Pisa to Elba.

FLIGHTS TO PISA

Meanwhile there are many low-cost-airlines to Pisa for example the most famous:

Ryanair www.ryanair.com offers flights from London, Glasgow and Liverpool to Pisa. From many other cities there are flights to Pisa via London.

TRANSFER PISA - PIOMBINO

BY TRAIN

Train connections to Piombino are possible from any main station near you. Have a look on this website: www.bahn.de (english version!). Don´t forget to ask information about wagons-lit or berths.
The last railway station is Campiglia Marittima, then, an 18 km stretch by bus until Piombino Marittima. The bus stop is directly by the ferries. Once you are on Elba, we will be glad to fetch you at the port.

BY CAR

Elba Island can easily and comfortably be reached by car, always driving on major motorways. From the Venturina exit, the ferry is only 15 km away.After the motorway toll station (Rosignano M.), take the expressway Grosseto/Rome until the exit for Venturina-Isola d’Elba, then follow Piombino Porto.

FERRY:

During high season, booking is absolutely necessary!

The service from Piombino to Portoferraio (Elba) is assured by two companies: TOREMAR ( www.toremar.it ) and MOBY LINES (www.mobylines.co.uk ) Generally, Toremar is slightly cheaper than Moby Lines, especially from September to May. Both companies offer discounts for early-bookings. Booking is not necessary for passengers without cars.

Departures are almost every hour during the season. Prices are from 35 €, depending on the car, driver included, and 4-8 € for any other passenger. The transfer lasts about 1 hour. Viaggi Piu' FIDES a travel agency in Portoferraio, offers you a booking service. Their staff also speaks English. They do not take any commission and send the tickets directly to your address.

ONCE ON ELBA ...

… you will find our base near the former Edilnautica shipyard, at about 1 km from the ferries. By car you will first follow the direction Porto Azzurro/Marina di Campo. At the second roundabout you go to the left, towards the «Zona Industriale» and follow that road until you see the shipyard in front of you. Then follow the turn of the road to the next crossing. On your left, you will see the «Bricofer» shop. Turn left again and follow the road until you pass a hump. You will then see a large white tent. Before the bridge turn left once again and you will then be before the gate of the shipyard’s ground. Our yachts are moored at its inner part.

If you do not have a car, we will be glad to fetch you at the ferry. We kindly ask you to let us know 3 days before your arrival.
