CHARTER PARTY AND DEPOSIT
All charterparty are entered into under German law. The deposit sum is unique, and it amounts to 1.000 € for each yacht.
INDIVIDUAL AND NON BUREAUCRATIC TAKING OVER
and return of your yacht at our bases on Elba Island and at Gaeta (in English).
STRICT SECURITY STANDARDS
All our yachts are equipped with liferaft, tender, VHF, chart plotter, distress flares, fire extinguisher, lifelines and safety harnesses, and obviously a sufficient number of lifebelts. Our security equipments meet the requirements of the Cruising Department of the German DSV.
RELIABLE MAINTENANCE
All our yachts come from the greatest European shipyards: Bénéteau, Jeanneau and Bavaria – all very reliable partners as far as service is concerned. They are all uniformly equipped. Our store includes practically all spare parts, and we maintain our yacht professionally: a sure advantage for your holidays. And obviously, all our older yachts (> 4 years) are subject to a general overhaul and have new sails.
EQUIPMENT LEVEL SIMILAR TO OWNER YACHTS – WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES
The basis price includes: furling genoa (part. mainsail), gennaker, liferaft with certificate, tender with outboard engine, bimini top, VHF radio, world receiver, GPS with chart plotter, fresh water under pressure (hot/cold), shower (WC and cockpit), refrigerator, electric windlass, autopilot, stereo CD reader (part. with charger); some also have radar and heating.

They need fewer repairs, for you and for us. And as far as your holidays are concerned, it is better to sail than to mend.
IDEAL AND VARIED SAILING AREAS
Elba Island is a perfect starting point for cruises to Corsica and Sardinia, as well as towards continental Italy, with Giglio Island and the Italian riviera.From Gaeta you are within reach of the Pontines archipelago, with its dream islands of Ponza, Ventotene, Procida, Ischia and Capri, as well as the gulf of Naples and the coast of Sorrento.
CARS AND PARKING
If you come to Elba, you can either leave your car on the continent, at Piombino, in guarded parking (about 8 €/day, fire and theft insurance included), or park it for free inside the marina on the island.
At Gaeta you will find free parking near our base, otherwise you can leave your car in a closed parking area for about 40 €/week.
SHEETS ON BOARD
For each berth, you will have at your disposal a pillow with pillow-case and a wool blanket. We also can provide sheets, at 8 €/set. As an alternative, each host can take with him two sheets or a sleeping bag and one sheet.
INSURANCE
No-fault insurance for the yacht value; public liability from 2 to 5 million €, according to the size of the yacht, for each event. Skipper and hosts are included. All our yachts are insured in Germany by Pantaenius.
