From an e-mail: "At Easter I spent two weeks around Elba on the yacht «Sandy». Already at the booking and during the preparation I always had swift, competent and friendly answers. That good impression was confirmed at my arrival on Elba Island: the engagement we saw in Patrice and Carolin really was overwhelming. Due to a mistake from our part (mooring line) we lost our screw and we anchored in a bay in the west of the island. Patrice and Carolin towed us to their base in Portoferraio on Thursday night, ordered the spare piece from Germany, had the yacht hauled on Friday morning, mounted the screw and re-launched the boat on Saturday. Also the rest of the service was perfect: a little help with shopping, the immediate replacement of a missing piece, a completely equipped yacht and the transportation of the whole crew to the ferry. I surely will recommend you, and on Elba I shall not need to look for another charterer."
